General Rules for Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date listed on your receipt. Requests made beyond 30 days from the delivery date cannot be processed.
For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition: unopened, undamaged, and unmarked.
- Items sold as part of a set or multi-pack must be returned in full.
- Products labeled as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible.
For online purchases, Rankick will cover the return shipping cost.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
All items must be returned to PAMELA BREWER LLC in their original condition. Products that show signs of wear, misuse, improper assembly, or missing components may be subject to additional charges.
If a return or exchange is due to a product defect or quality issue, PAMELA BREWER LLC will cover the return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees. However, for returns or exchanges based on personal preference, customers will be responsible for return shipping expenses.
PAMELA BREWER LLC reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether it meets our return policy requirements.

- Requests that do not meet our policy criteria will not be approved. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and Rankick is not responsible for lost goods.
- If your return or exchange is approved, PAMELA BREWER LLC will provide a prepaid return label. Please follow the provided instructions carefully and ensure the item is returned in its original condition, including packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary items.
- Once your return is received, you will receive an email notification. After inspection, we will confirm whether your request has been approved or denied. Approval decisions are made at PAMELA BREWER LLC’s discretion based on the item’s condition and adherence to our policy.
Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 1–3 business days and issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
